ICARUS TEE
Cotton T-Shirt with screen printing positioned both on the front and on the back, in the lower center; round neckline characterized by an embroidered writing applied inside. 'Logo Patch' embroidered on a suede base, positioned on the upper part of the back of the tee.
This t-shirt features an episode from Greek mythology and culture on the front. Icarus, son of Daedalus, locked up with his father in the labyrinth of Crete, fled flying with the wings that his father himself had adapted with wax to his own body and that of his son. But, getting too close to the Sun, the wax melted and fell into the sea. The color on the background, behind the main subjects, simulates the glow of the sun mixed with the color of blood and tragedy. Icarus and Daedalus are depicted right at the moment of the fall. The shirt is completed with the writing on the back "distance hurts" which can not better explain how in every context, in this case above all, the distance, close or exaggerated, can hurt a lot.
